City Adventures…and a Date

Over the past weekend, I hosted an unexpected, yet very welcome friend from home. We played tourists and visited one of my favorite spots in the city- Market Square. On that beautifully sunny and unusually warm November day, it was perfect to walk around the plaza and see the ice rink and Christmas tree being set up near PPG Place (my fave building!)

That night was also a special treat as it was LEPROM! It was Hubs’ medical school dinner/dance thing that was so cleverly called LEPROM to play off the school’s name (LECOM). We dressed up, ate, drank, and had a merry time šŸ™‚

My weekends are normally pretty low key, so this was a welcomed switcheroo! Now I am looking forward to this coming weekend…which will involve baby gifts and a turkey fry! Happy Friday šŸ™‚
